How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka, 1 to 2 days for ready frames. Prescription glasses take 3 to 5 days because the lenses are made to order. Outside Dhaka, add 1 to 2 days.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, anywhere in Bangladesh. You can also pay by bKash or card.

How do I send my prescription?

Upload a photo of it when you order, or send it to us on WhatsApp with your order number.

What if the frame does not suit me?

You can exchange it within 7 days. Contact us and we will arrange a pickup.
